Singapore Government Campaigns That Tug at Heartstrings

To encourage local-foreigner integration, Gov.sg, in collaboration with Viddsee promoted Project RED. It is an anthology of short films by acclaimed local filmmakers, which explores how people, regardless of background and where they are from, have more in common than they think.

Project RED consists of four different stories highlighting social integration issues through dialogues in the present day. RED, named after the colour of the Singapore flag which signifies universal brotherhood and equality of man – underscores the importance that everyone, local or foreigner alike, should be treated equally in Singapore.

The campaign achieved over two million views at a low average cost per view. Viu’s platform alone had close to 60K views. Over 35K clicks were also generated from interested users who wanted to watch the full films.

Ministry of Education (MOE): Schoolbag.sg Teacher’s Day Campaign on Facebook

In the lead up to Teachers’ Day 2019, the Ministry of Education ran a campaign featuring model teachers who have been recognised for their outstanding contributions and for going the extra mile. It aimed to increase readership to schoolbag.sg and spread MOE’s messages to a wider audience by providing education-related articles on Facebook.

This Government campaign has been proven to be successful, achieving over 230K impressions at a low cost per impression and driving clicks to read more on their website.
