Who is IH Digital?
IH Digital is an Asia-focused social media agency that provides consultancy service, leading companies with strategising and executing market readiness and market penetration plans across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines and Indonesia. Founded in 2006, IH Digital consists of teams highly experienced in simplifying the complex process of planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels in multiple languages.

- The Media and Analytics Team comprises certified media buyers and planners, experienced in buying direct media on various digital advertising platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and Google. We help client to target their ads with precision to bring customers through the marketing funnel, and provide campaign optimisation to enhance clients’ return on their media investments. We also provide in-market media buying on Grab, Spotify, Carousell, SGAG, The Smart Local, Mothership, OHBULAN, MGAG and out-of-home (OOH) advertising.

George Foo, Co-founder
George Foo is the Chief Operating Officer of Digital 38. With a vision that digital marketing is highly fragmented in South East Asia, he seeks to provide marketers with an integrated partner to achieve their business goals.
With a degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Oregon, he first made his mark in the media sales business when he joined StarHub, a leading cable TV operator in Singapore. Recognising the potential of the Internet in 2000, he joined internet companies, like 24/7 Media Asia and Lycos Asia.
In 2002, he co-founded Interactive Hub and led the media sales representation company to many successes through a partnership with top digital service providers like Facebook, Microsoft, ESPN and Weibo. In 2018, he co-founded Digital 38 Group, which comprises IH Digital as a member.
George is truly a man of grit, critical thinking, and pragmatism. In his leisure time, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his two daughters.View Linkedin Profile
